Bar Biloba is the new burger bar in the centre of Nijmegen. We love a properly good burger, but there is a lot more than burgers on our menu. Drop in for a quick bite and feel free to stay for the rest. What you drink alongside matters just as much to us: natural wine, sake, a cocktail, or something without alcohol.
The bar sits in the middle of the room on purpose, because that is where the good evenings start. You can eat there, have a drink, or both. Our menu is deliberately small: we would rather put a handful of things in front of you that are genuinely good than have you leafing through pages.

What are the opening hours?
Bar Biloba is open Monday to Thursday from 17:00 to 00:00, on Friday from 15:00 and at weekends from 12:00. On Friday and Saturday we close at 01:00, the rest of the week at 00:00. At weekends you can have lunch with us from 12:00.
Do I need to book?
No, the seats at the bar are kept free for anyone who walks in. If you want to be sure of a table, book online using the button at the top of the page: that works for 2 to 5 people. Coming with 6 or more? Give us a call or send an email.
Can I come just for a drink?
Yes, you are just as welcome for a drink only. The bar sits in the middle of the room and matters as much to us as the kitchen. The drinks list has natural wine, sake, cocktails and beer.
